Studio Ours Cha (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates both an online and physical art retail shop located at 1401 Fort Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Our website and in-person services are designed to provide art products, creative classes, and event opportunities to our community.
By using our website or attending our events, you agree to follow these terms and any local, state, or federal laws that apply.
2. Online Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate—but sometimes mistakes happen! We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time without prior notice.
Payment is required at checkout to complete your order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options listed on our site.
3. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
We want you to love your art!

Shipping: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of product.

Returns: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Workshops & Events: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that time may receive credit toward a future class or event.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, text, logos, and creative content on our website are owned by Chan Design Co. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our materials without permission — but we’d love if you share our work by linking back to our website or tagging us with credit!
5. Classes and Event Participation
By registering for a class or event, you acknowledge that participation may involve art materials and tools. Please follow all safety guidelines provided by our instructors. Chan Design Co. is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of materials or failure to follow instructions.
Participants agree to treat our space, staff, and fellow artists with respect—this is a positive, creative environment for everyone!
6. Photos and Media
We love capturing the creative energy of our community! By attending our classes or events, you grant Chan Design Co.permission to use photos or videos that may include you for promotional purposes (such as social media or our website).
If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let us know when you arrive, and we’ll be happy to honor that.
7. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information needed to process orders and keep you updated about our classes and events. We never sell or share your personal data with outside companies.
