About the event
This is John Jeong! As a former veteran from South Korea, he began his journey in Chattanooga, TN where he now lives with his wife, two daughters, and a son. John’s passion for the food industry grew as he moved from working as a sushi chef and assistant manager at a Japanese restaurant, to starting his own food truck in 2016 called “Bopcha” to serve hibachi. While he still continues to run his food truck business, he strives to bring authentic Korean culture and food to our local community!
