LoveyLussier Rug Tufting Workshop

Each station will have a tufting frame, pre stretched with monks cloth, a tufting gun, needle threader, yarn and backing for the rug. Each class patron will have a choice between different designs to choose from that will be preemptively decided and stenciled onto the stretched frame. I will teach the class the basics on how to make a handmade rug and guide them as we go. In total the class should be about 2 hours. After sealing the backs of the rugs with adhesive they will need 24 hours to dry, where I will then put the backings on and finish up the rug behind the scenes, to be picked up during store hours Friday-Sunday 10a-6p.
