About the event
Common Thread is a craft morning that turns strangers into friends. Join us in our First Official meeting August 28th 8:30-9:30am at Studio Ours. We will be listening to our 2 fabulous speakers Sarah Jackson & Shahla Ahmad talk about building community in Chattanooga. In this meeting we will be asking these women questions about how they navigate building relationships, supporting community and how they would encourage you to do the same. We will also be doing a guided craft activity for our kick off meeting, no craft experience needed and all materials will be provided. Bring a friend, bring a craft, and bring yourself. All are welcome! See you there!
